1. No Refunds on Digital Goods
Due to the intangible and immediately accessible nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have purchased and downloaded, activated, or accessed any digital product (including WA Bulk Sender licenses, data packages, or software modules), we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
2. Exceptions & Technical Support
- Defective Product: If you encounter a reproducible technical issue that prevents use, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or—at our sole discretion—offer a credit toward another product.
- Incorrect Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the wrong product (e.g., Basic instead of Lifetime), contact us within 24 hours. We may, at our discretion, exchange your license for the correct product.
3. How to Request Support or Exchange
- Email support@wabulksender.in with your order number, product details, and description of the issue.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or error logs.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Chargebacks & Fraud
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and legal action to recover fees. Please reach out to our support team first so we can help.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
